Well made and best breadmaker i've owned.. Yes, the buttons are in german but god, it's worth it! The loaf is a loaf shape (!) un like any other breadmaker i can find at least on Amazon and we had a morphy richards before the compact one, and it did well apart from the kneading was a struggle for it with wholemeal flour and the bread pan would also un twist itself with the effort leaving bread cooked in a bread pan not properly anchored and at an angle. Not so here. It locks in by clicking in downwards. It's sturdy and quietly kneads the strongest of wholemeal flours with no complaints. The bread turned out just as nice as with our old bread maker, actually nicer with the same recipe just times one and a half. The bleeps aren't as loud as the Morphy Richards was too, just right infact...i think this is a very well constructed machine!

Best Breadmaker i have EVER used. I brought this and was nervous because of being german but i have to say i know a lot of people with bread makers and this is the best i have tasted. It makes a huge loaf and it is lovely, mastered the german buttons and it is really simple to use.
If you can get hold of one of these get one, never mind automatic dispensers!!

Great machine. Great machine, use it a least twice a week makes great bread and quiet as a machine gets ,arrived within 4 days, only reason this machine is not getting 5 star plus, the writing on the machine is in German (which you get use too) and the manual you get with it is utter crap but the nice German sent me a link for a manual same machine different make but 100% better, shame he dose not put it in as standard.You do nead to get a bread making book as well. For the first timer 2 books i fine are great BREAD MACHINE KITCHEN HANDBOOK JENNIE SHAPTER and BREAD KATHRYN HAWKINS
My neigbour has bought one and is equally happy.
