Apple iPod Socks - 6 different colours

bought theses ipod socks a while ago now, they are the same as the offical ones however when i purchased them i got them £10 cheaper than you could in any hmv or apple store brilliant !!!

They're alright for little ipods, but really they are hopeless for the iphone. Apple should not pretend otherwise.

Apple iPod Socks - 6 different colours This product is counterfeit, and a very bad one to boot. Do not be fooled by the text and pictures copied directly from the Apple website. These are not the same size as the official Apple ones, they do not fit an iPhone inside. The colours of the socks are very different from the official, very dull and cheap looking. The packaging was completely bashed up, looked as though it had been returned and re-packaged many times. Very cheap writing on the front saying "for apple socks." Quality of the material is terrible. I ignored the warnings of people who commented about these being counterfeit previously as I thought they were just being picky and I wish I had never bought them as it was so hard to get a refund out of the seller.

Now wonder these iPod socks are half cheaper than usually (they cost cca 20£) as I found they're not genuine Apple product... I can tell that because I've got the original ones, too. The differences are minor (actually it's a good fake), but still: it's not what it says in product description. But if you're not concerned about such thing - smart buy.

These are a great way to protect phones and ipods. I love the colours and because of the amount you get i have given a couple to friends.

Im at school all day and they are too big to fit through the letterbox. I ordered mine a while ago (longer than 3 weeks ago) and they STILL havent turned up. Just go to zavvi or hmv and buy some.

I don't know why people are talking about them scratching, not had any probs with that but then I do have a classic which is mostly metal. I think they're great,a nice simple way to protect your ipod & it means you don't get a nice piece of apple design and then encase it in a bulky anorak case. Plus you get six, so I've given a few away too. If I'm sitting at a table or syncing or something I tend to use the sock as a sort of 'mattress' to put the ipod on to protect the back. It kind of cleans the ipod a bit too. I really like them, they're a nice simple solution, I have a similar thing for my ds. One thing though... remember not to stick your ipod in your pocket upside down! once the sock has stretched a bit the ipod can work its way out if its upside down.

I bought a pack of these, wondering what I would do with the spares, but they are now all being used! They're a great, simple item! They are simply a ribbed, knitted sock that an ipod nano (1st & 2nd generation) easily slips into (it fits nicely but can also slip out if you hold it upside down), not taking up any extra space but saving your ipod from scratches in your pocket or bag. Much less cumbersum than a leather case I have. They also stretch to fit larger ipods. But then I realised my mobile phone was getting scratched, and even found that my new digital camera (which is a normal-sized compact camera) fits nicely! Which is great because it is much smaller to carry in an ipod sock than in the big case I bought with it! If you have a few electical gadgets I'd recommend using these on everything! The colours may be a bit girly though, but they at least have the apple logo on a little tag on the side, so don't look too geeky! These would be great for kids too (for phones or ipods) as they refuse to look uncool or have anything too sensible! These are also just thick enough that they'd soften the blow slightly if the item was dropped on the floor!
