Amused me no end. Cold Feet is one of the best british made shows ever-bar none.
I watched series 1-4 when it was first shown on ITV and I bought this complete collection mainly to see series 5 as I never got to watch it[was working away]and what a trip down memory lane it was.
I had forgotten how funny and heart-breakingly sad it can be.The cast is truly superb.Special mention must go to John Thomson as Pete.That bloke cracks me up and have loved him since his Paul Calf 'Fat Bob' days.
This collection saw me through my maternity leave,where i laughted like a drain and cried buckets many an evening.[no it wasn't me hormones]
Do yourselves a favour this winter,buy this collection,get a box of chocs and and wrap yourself up in a nice duvet and watch until your hearts content.Theres nowt but rubbish on the telly anyway!

Great box set - just a shame the music has been replaced. This is/was a great TV show as per the countless other reviews on here. Having watched all 5 seasons over the past week, it has been great ! and this box set really is good value + it comes with quite a few extras.
Favourite characters (for me) are Karen Marsden (Hermione Norris) due to her sharp wit and often scarchastic comments (normally about David), which provides much (often hidden?) humour and Ramona Ramirez (Jacey Salles) as having seen her on a daytime tv show was *amazed* as she speaks perfect well spoken English.. i just expected her to be Spanish :-)
So why only the 4.5 stars... well if i'm not mistaken the music that was around at the time Cold Feet aired on TV has been removed and replaced with 'general background music'. It took me a few episodes to realise. Just look at the music on the Cold Feet CD's for what has been removed. That being said... this may help explain why the show still seems fresh and modern, some 10 years on - had the original music been left in, it may have highlighted the show's age.
Q) Does anyone own the earlier seperate DVD releases and do these feature the music on them ?
With or without the music this is a 'must have' for your collection

Absolutely brilliant!!!. I bought this set as i only ever caught a few episodes of the last series... Started watching from episode 1 with my husband and we have
laughed and cried our way through it! (although he won't admit to the crying!) We still have the last series yet to view and i will be sorry
to see it end as i have enjoyed it so much, i'm sure we will watch it again in the future. Well worth buying!

A great slice of British comedy drama.. Cold Feet was one of those shows that I had heard a lot about but didn't get the chance to watch it on tv, so when I saw all five series going for £20 I thought I would take a chance and buy it. I can now definatley say that I am glad I did as Cold feet mixes heart breaking drama with very funny comedy. The series follows 3 couples ups and downs over a number of years and over a number of troubles including Cancer, divorce, abortion and a many other topical issues. But the great secret to cold feet is that it handles each of these issues with great humour. The series also has a great cast and this is shown as each of the actors has gone on to greater and better things. James Nesbitt particulary stands out and is fantastic and shows the full range of his acting talent. Overall If you want a great British Drama that will help you get through the lonely nights then look no further than cold Feet.

Absolutley fantastic!!!!!!!. What a series, utter brilliant, with laughs and tears all the way from the very first episode, such great acotrs and a great writer this makes it so scucseful, you can watch it over and over again and like someone put in their review when it has finsihed you do feel like you said goodbye to friends and that you are part of their crew. got some really really funny parts in as well and one liners which will floor you, this is must have!!!
