Great!. Bought these a week ago and I can't fault them. I have them set up on the office and now I'm tempted to get a pair for home.
Bit of advice - Although I was happy with them when I first tried them I found the bass was too boomy. By that I mean it was muddying the other sounds especially at low volumes. I changed the settings on windows media player and was fairly happy. I then found that I had "SRS" turned on. As soon as I turned it off these sounded amazing even at the lower volume. The "SRS" setting was also murdering the stereo effect.
Also, I'd advise getting speakers with separate bass and treble controls and don't get any with one "tone" control as its useful to change the settings with changes in music. When you only have a "tone" control you are always compromising with bass or treble.
I can only imagine that they brought out series 2 to sell more speakers. Luckily I got mine for £44 direct from amazon. - shop around and get these amazing speakers. Enough said.

Top notch speakers!. I bought these to replace the standard Dell speakers I got with my PC. I've only had them a few days but so far I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. I always thought my sound card was incapable of delivering top sound performance but with these speakers I realise that even a standard sound-card can sound great if you invest in a decent pair of speakers.
Furthermore, they look great, especially like the touch of yellow, and are of good quality build.
If there was one downside it would be that they are mains powered, unlike my old PC speakers which were USB powered, so this means one more appliance to find a plug-socket for and extra on my electricity bills! I guess if you want decent sound it needs its own power source.
Apart from that I have no problems with these. Would definitely recommend them.

Solid build quality and good sound. This pair of desktop speakers has excellent build quality, good looks and great sound, with bass and treble adjustment and an on/off switch. While compact and space saving, they have a larger footprint than some other desktop speakers which makes them far less prone to toppling over.

Amazing speakers!!. After reading through endless reviews, I decided to get a pair of these speakers, and I'm glad I did, they really are amazing!!! They sound brilliant, with more than sufficient volume, and the bass is outstanding for 2.0 speakers, they give the same effect as a subwoofer. The only thing I can fault them on, much like everyone else who owns them, is the stupidly bright LED on the front of the right speaker.... does it REALLY need to illuminate the entire room in a blue glow?
Otherwise, amazing speakers, well worth the money!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!!

Superb!. These are a great set of speakers that sound fab. Clear treble and punchy bass. They produce a big sound in a small room. I also own a set of Bose Companion 2 and would definitely rate the Creative T20 above them.
My only criticism is that they do tend to topple over quite easily. But, apart from that no problems.
