Eclipse (Twilight Saga)

Obviously you should have read the first 2 books in this series. I couldn't put this down and can't wait to get into the next one! Great price from Amazon too; I can't believe how much the bookshops cost!

This is the third book in the 'Twlight series' and I will say it did not disappoint!! Superb read cannot wait for the film to come out later this year!! I will say that Stephanie Meyer is an excellent writer and would recommend any of her books!! Must read!

another gripping installment which I enjoyed more than the second book New Moon, as Bell and Edward were together again

i think i was addicted by this book since Twilight, so Eclipse just making me addicted with it. The price is worth it. Like it.

This book is very interesting. It has an amount of 576 pages. The author is Stephanie Meyer. The opening is very subtle because you don't know where they are.This is why I like it. The plot was very secretive- I like it because it is in detail and has good descriptions. I like the conclusion because it is a bit like a cliff hanger which makes you want to read the sequal. The setting is in Forks- I like it because it is a small town with lots of action going on everywhere, and because it is exciting. I like Bella because she has a hidden sense of humour. Also because she is mysterious. Her best friend is Jacob.Her boyfriend is Edward. Edward's family are Emmett, Rosalie, Jasper, Alice and his parents are Carlisle and Esme. Her friends are Angela,Ben,Mike and Jessica. I like the words used because they are interesting. Some words ,I think, could have been upleveled. My rating would be 9/10 .

Excellent addition to the Twilight Saga. The characters becoming more relevant as you find out how they became part of the Cullen clan. Didn't find Bella's infatuation with Jacob very realistic cosidering the intensity of her feelings for Edward but she makes the right choice in the end. Looking forward to seeing this on Film at the end of the year although if much of the book content is included especially with the 'Newborns' then the certificate would have to at least be a 15. Well worth reading if you are a fan of the other books

Having been diagnosed with chicken pox at the age of 38yrs along with my 12yr old daughter, I was desperate for something to read to take my mind off my itchy skin!!! Unable to find anthing remotely interesting to re-read in my stock of books, I picked up my daughter's twilight book as a last resort and got totally and utterly lost in the book. I couldn't put the book down and felt totally involved with the Bella and Edward's relationship. I devoured the first book in just over 24hrs and to my daughter's horror, sneaked off with the the second book, New Moon, which she was intently reading. Having completed New Moon I just had to go and buy Eclipse. My daughter thinks it's totally uncool!! for her mum to be reading the books but the emotions and story line are so telling. Eclipse develes into the conflict in Bella's emotions and the friendship she has with Jacob, as well as exploring how adversaries can come together for the common good to destroy the one major threat to Bella. Eclipse also deals with issues around the practicalities of trying to have a physcial relationship with a vampire and the conflict between human desires and the fragility of the human form. Stephanie Meyers left this book on a high note, leaving you with the need and desire to read the next thrilling installment to see what happens next. Eclipse (Twilight Saga)

couldn`t put the book down - thought it was even better than twilight & new moon !!!

great book, originally purchased for my daughter, but she found it so good (being the 3rd book) that it was passed to me to read. Great Story, out of all the books I found Eclipse the best.

Best book fo the four could not put it down. was a most definate page turner. hope the film can do it justice but i doubt it
