Top notch. Wow thats all I can say ,this is a serious workout programme that has been put together so well it hurts.Forget the multi gym and let eyetoy kinectic take care of you it covers cardio ,combat(the best bit like a second cardio zone with bite),body tone, mind and body zones you can set up your own programme or tune it to hit your body without setting up a schedule,if you get your breath after the cardio and combat zone the bodytone is waiting and from level two it is serious tough!,this is not a game,it is a superb fitness programme with a lot of fun attached,as I have trained in martial arts for twenty years,Iknow a good fitness programme and this is possibly one of the best you can own even the mindbody zone is worth the price for the yoga, tai chi, meditation alone, great stuff dont wait get it now.

Energetic game that makes exercise fun. I bought this game because it looked like fun and it is!
I go to the gym sometimes or swim or go on my bike in the summer but i get bored and lazy.
The format of this game makes you want to exercise. The personal trainer mode is very encouraging and they offer tips and advice to motivate you to do better. When you do better they congratulate you.
Personal trainer mode is well structured building up your routine and mixing the games up so you don't get bored(The games are varied in pace and style). There is a limited choice of music so you can pick what you want to exercise two. (Only two tracks per game)
You can spend a frantic three minutes punching for all your worth to knock some walls down or a more steady 9 minute routine. Then it also has mind and body games to help with balance and concentration.
You are also advised to warm up and cool down properly.
If you don't want to use the personal trainer mode and you just want to play the games then you can do that too!
The only slight gripes are that it takes a bit to set the camera up properly and you do need a lot of space. Try to wear contrasting colours to your background and try to avoid mirrors and areas of possible movement or potential draughts behind you, e.g door windows.
Also if you are broader or slimmer than the standard shape it makes some of the games difficult.
The above reasons are why it got a 4 not a 5 stars overall score!

Genuinely enjoyable. Being someone who finds exercise a chore and would much rather be doing almost anything than going down the gym/ doing an exercise dvd, I was very pleasantly suprised by the Eye Toy Kinetic game. I've started on the Personal Trainer part of the game and did and hour of exercise without realising (including optional routines) and can't wait until my next session! It was entertaining because you're not just doing boring set exercises but are trying to actually do things (e.g. destroy walls using a ball) and the personal trainer was extremely encouraging. I definitely recommend this game!

Compliments abound!. I have only good words to say about this game having now reached the end of my first 12 week programme. I can honestly say that I have never had so many compliments about my weight loss on any other exercise plan. I have managed to finally reach my weight target with this game and have re-gained curves where they're supposed to be and a flat stomach. This game is perfect for toning without realising with all the twisting and bending involved in the various games.I had initial problems with the room layout but have now got small marks on the TV. One shows the 8 inches that I need to pull the TV away from its usual location on the TV stand, this then stops the shadows caused by one armchair and knocking into it. Another mark allows me to line the camera up in the centre of the TV without needing to re-find it each time.Final realistion is that you just have to suffer in the dark nights with shadows. I have pretty much got the lighting right with overhead lighting but have learnt that certain games won't work. You can shuffle the games given to only choose the ones that you know won't cause problems with the shadows. My only complaint is that when you reach about week 11 in the 14 week programme it tries to make you exercise 6 times a week, which annoys me as it gives no accounting for other exercise you may do outside of the programme. I therefore find myself getting low scores due to skipping workout sessions. All in all, this is the best money I have ever spent and have never felt so motivated or interested due to each work-out being slightly different to the previous. Only shame is being stuck with the same warm-up and cool down for every session.

TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!. This is THE way to exercise should be for those of us that are not built like Adonis and really don't like gym classes etc. I have done Tae Bo for ages and love it but this is fantastic! I agree totally about the space issue (the more the better) but the purchase of a camera tripod has solved this in my case. The game (if you must call it such) itself is well planned out, packed with info and if the scoring system doesn't motivate you then nothing will!I am now into the second of my 12 week "Personal Trainer" sessions and the results are very noticeable already, I kid you not!!! If you are looking for a fun, but controlled and sensible way to exercise DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on any of the flood of celeb exercise DVD's that are bound to appear around this time of year, invest £30.00 in this. You will definitely not regret it!!
