Samsung N130 10.1 inch Netbook (Atom N270 1.6GHz Processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, up to 6 Hour Battery Life , XP Home, Black)

Pretty happy with this so far. Screen's a little small so you end up scrolling down a lot, but on the other hnd it fits in my handbag! Handles multiple webpages open at once and microsoft apps.

I'm very impressed with this netbook and it's build quality. It zips along perfectly well (a bit faster than my daughters similarly specced machine) Any complaints, well it would have been nice for bluetooth to have been included but that's a very minor grumble indeed. If you want a netbook it's a good choice

I have bought quite a number of Samsung Netbook models - I find the N130 as good and versatile as the others. The Samsung computers do as they say they should - I have yet to find any fault with any of the different models from the Nc10, Nc20, NC120 and now the N130. Very happy with this little machine.

This notebook laptop is a useful and compact tool. I have needed it for extensive word-processing and graphic design, and if it has a flaw it does seem to pause unnecessarily and make you wait from time to time - I assumed this was in conncetion with the 'Samsung Recovery Solution' package, however having removed that the pauses still happen, though notably not as frequently. I was worried about the keyboard being to small, but it's fine - I do a lot of typing and I have no problems with the main keyboard. The only slight issue is the pagedown/pageup keys are right next to the arrow keys which I use a lot for editing, so a slight brush on one of those and I'm looking at a different section of text, but that's not a big problem. I am still trying to find out how to prevent the thing from going dim after 10 seconds - when it does this you just tap the mouse and it brightens up again, but it's irritating to have to do that when reading a passage of text. It did not come with many instructions, though it has to be said I have not devoted much time to formatting it the way I'd like it yet. However, having listed the few small negative points there, I have to say that I have enjoyed using this little notebook immensely, and I would be very unhappy to part with it.

Excellent mini computer with everything you could possibly want. Good battery life (at least to start wit, they all go down afer a year)decent screen good price, light, small size charger (very important when travelling). Everything on it works unlike my Dell where the wi-fi is moody. On the whole a good buy

Although I haven't carted it around alot yet I can't see any reason why to not give it 5 stars. It's an XP machine that's light and portable. Plays video very well. I would advise getting a couple of video players such as Quicktime and VLC as standard as well as decent DVD player software (for VT_VIDEO files etc...). I bought an external DVD writer also (Samsung SE-S084C) these go hand in hand. The DVD player will play around 2.5 hours on the battery from the N130 (but WILL last far longer playing from the hard drive) Enough for 1 film on a plane etc.... Great machine.

Prompt delivery and well packaged and presented. Easy to set up. It is such a good product and so small. Why get a big, bulky laptop when you can get this? Would recommend the following with it: slim DVD Rom, little mouse, case and travel speakers and whole lot for under £300. It's a bargain....

Fantastic little computer; really portable, feels fairly robust. Runs XP better than my newer, faster, 4x more expensive laptop ran Vista!

Got this particulary because of the matte screen, this is intended for outside use. I needed something portable and light for my photography. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the amount of RAM on this. I bough an upgrade to 2Gb and this makes the device run much faster. But this is the same for all netbook, Manufacturers need to use 2Gb minimum, RAM is cheap!

I bought this product back in november and since then i have had to teturn it and get a replacement twice, This netbook takes only the slightest of knocks for it to break down and fry your hdd. Overall i would strongly detest this product to anyone thinking of buying it
