Requires Wii Balance Board Know Your Physique: Wii Fit Plus will now allow you to check and monitor 4 areas of your physique, BMI (body mass index), centre of gravity, and calories burnt during your workout you can then set your goals, against these areas. The BMI test measures your weight/height. Wii Fit Plus will take this measurement and let you know how you fair in comparison to the ideal. Once you are aware of your BMI you can set goals to reduce this measurement, by take part in the Wii Fit Plus exercises and introducing a healthier lifestyle. Your centre of gravity is measured via the Wii Fit Plus age test in which you will take on various balance in an attempt to keep your Wii Fit Plus age as close to or lower than you real age. Train Yourself: Wii Fit Plus contains 5 training categories Aerobic Exercises, Muscle conditioning, Yoga, Balance Games and all new Training Plus. All the training categories are designed to help develop bodily balance control, burn fat, help tone and condition muscle, as well increase aerobic stamina. I had previously owned the original Wii Fit since the week it came out, and boy was I impressed with that. After reading such positive reviews & watching reviews on this product - I couldn't resist trying out the newer version as all the new activities looked amazing. Firstly, the price is amazing - £15 for a game as good as this is a bargain. The new features are amazing, really fun and gets you using the wii fit board, wii remote and nunchuk in a whole new way. With the new feature that tells you how many calories you have burned off per exercise (though not sure how accurate this is), you can really feel satisfied after a good 30 minute workout! This is a real family game for everyone of all ages, doesn't necessarily have to be treated as an exercise machine - think of it as a family entertainment system! This is a must have game for ALL Wii Owners, do NOT hesitate & buy NOW! Also, couldn't fault Amazon's delivery!

This Game took it's time getting here. The delivery was slow, but it was worth waiting for the game. The game is great, but it's only got a few more games on than the wii fit!

it is a great game although it is not to much different if you get this and already have wii fit u should put it on your normal wii fit data on wii fit plus then take the data off wii fit then sell it.

A great upgrade to something that was already fun to use. Some of the games are much trickier requiring more concentration, but that's no bad thing. Well worth a purchase :)

Looking to get fit and play? Well this is the one for you. It will inform you what you weight but if that scares you then pass it by and get on with the fun bit. What my husband and I like too is the fact that you don't need to go right back to the menu to change places. Get it and have fun.

Wii Fit Plus is an excellent starting point if you have not done any exercise for a while and need a gentle introduction into it, however my weight is maintained by having a balanced diet (which includes the occasional pizza), and plenty of exercise. Wii Fit Plus is complementary to this, and not a full substitution.

THE WHOLE FAMILY GOES ON THIS,, ONLY TO KNOCK EACH OTHER OFF THE SCORE BOARD, DOES WORK AS WELL FOR TONING ETC. GOOD FAMILY FUN
